Skylandia Park is a 24-acre California State Park operated and maintained by the TCPUD. It is located 1.5 miles east of Tahoe City on Lake Forest Road. Skylandia Park provides bike trails, hiking trails, and picnicking. The park also features a beach, pier and swimming area.

Ownership of the yacht was recently transferred to Foundation 36, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and protecting Nevada's natural, cultural, and historic treasures.
