To find Secret Harbor, look for the road rising up the mountain as it heads south from Incline Village. Secret Harbor is just below the northernmost point where the road becomes visible. | ||||||||||||||||

There are many places where you can take your boat right up to the beach, but watch carefully for rocks! Some are just below the water; others have a foot or two of water over them (depending on the lake level). | ||||||||||||||||

It is best to set a stern anchor when beaching, as the swell can come up quickly. The stern anchor keeps to boat from swinging beam to the beach, and it also makes it easy to pull the boat away from the beach when departing. | ||||||||||||||||
