 The southern side of aptly named Round Mound has the area's most pristine beach. This is the most developed area of the east shore. At the south edge is Stateline (the city, not the point, which is at the north end of the lake), home to casinos, a golf course, and major hotels--but little boating access. There are full-service marinas at both Marla Bay (Round Hill Pines) and Zephyr Cove. |
